FAQ

Jewelry Composition

Brass is the base metal used in each piece. Additional layers include palladium, a precious metal, followed by an 18k or 22k gold, silver or rhodium plating. The darker pieces are plated in rhodium, also a precious metal. All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and does not contain nickel.

Shipping Options

We offer free First Class ground shipping (3-5 business days) on orders and returns within the continental United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. If you place an order on a holiday that falls on a week day, it will be processed on the following business day. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s) in its original packaging; Petrallure will cover the shipping costs. Should you wish to exchange, you may exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. As we strive to provide our customers with unique and individual pieces, we carry limited quantities of each item; you may not be able to exchange your piece for the same exact one. Contact us at petrallurecs@petrallure.com to process your return or exchange.

Jewelry Care

It is important to remember that natural stones are somewhat delicate; they can break if they forcefully come into contact with hard surfaces. To maintain the beauty and shine of the piece, avoid contact with chemicals such as hand lotions, perfumes, and cleaning supplies. If you use these products, apply and wait for them to dry before wearing your jewelry. Excessive perspiration can also wear on your piece. To clean the piece, use soap and warm water; drying with a hair-dryer will help restore shine. Gently rubbing the piece with a shining cloth is also helpful in removing build-up.
